6-Month Operator Build

For the owner who needs the business out of his head and onto a system in one season.

16 × 60-minute 1:1 sessions (weekly for 8 weeks, then biweekly)
Dedicated coaching line — text and brief voice notes for live jobs, bids, and client issues (business hours, same-day response target)
Mid-week check-in: you send numbers / the stuck point; you get a written adjustment, not a pep talk
Estimate and scope revisions on real work (up to 8 bid/scope reviews in the 6 months)
Written 90-day operating plan after week 2, rewritten at month 3
Client-conversation scripts: pricing, change orders, collections, saying no
End-of-term scorecard: what tightened, what still leaks, next 90 days Effective cost: $750/month.

12-Month Operator Year

Same standard, held for a full cycle of bidding season, slow season, and the habits that usually collapse after month four,

Owner Circle (Option Add-On)

A closed room of owner-operators. Brings the year to $10,000.

Monthly 90-minute Owner Circle (12 sessions) — 6–10 trades and small- company owners
You present one live problem per quarter (a bid, a hire, a cash pinch, a client)
Hot-seat format: decisions, not stories
Private channel for the cohort between calls
Two guest operator sessions in the year (estimator, bookkeeper, or GC who already scaled)

Terms (keep these visible)

Payment: 50% to start, 50% at day 30—
GST extra.
Unused sessions do not roll past the end date. Missed sessions with under 24 hours’
notice are used.

The dedicated line is for business operations, not after-hours crisis counselling.
Recovery or personal work stays in those separate offers.
You work from live jobs and live numbers. No numbers, no session.

Life coaching — $175/hr

Goals, identity after change, habits, relationships, follow-through.
Same rate as counselling soclients do not,
shop the label.

Recovery coaching — $175/hr

Sobriety structure, relapse prevention, shame, rebuilding trust, early recovery logistics. Not therapy. Not a treatment centre. Practical accountability from someone who has done the rebuild.

Counselling — $175/hr

Pattern work, emotion regulation, trauma-informed conversation, relationships. Stay inside your training and do not present as a registered psychologist. In Saskatchewan counselling is less tightly titled than Ontario, but insurance and advertising still care about designations.

If you want a tighter "one number" practice

Some hybrid coaches publish a single rate so the client is not picking a cheaper bucket:
